Our hat frames are 8-1/2” x 12” made with 1-3/8” x 1-1/4” wood and 1/4” x 1-1/4” aluminum flat bar on one 12” side, to allow you to print as close as possible to the bill of the hat. The hat screens are proudly made in America. We can manufacture hat frames to fit any needs you might have, any size and any mesh count. Please allow 1-3 weeks.
