SPS Horizontal Image Washout Dip Tank
Fill this dip tank with water and dunk your exposed screens to loosen up the uncured emulsion for faster and more precise image washout.
Just fill this dip tank 3/4 full with water and dunk your exposed screens to loosen up the uncured emulsion for faster and more precise image washout.
No more multiple washings in the washout booth. Simply place your screen in this tank ink side up and it will float in the water with a layer of water over the screen. Let it sit (about 3 mins.) while you are exposing your next screen. The uncured emulsion will loosen up. Pull it out and washout any remaining uncured emulsion in your design.
Works with wooden and aluminum frames. Awesome for halftones and fine detail. Eliminates the problem blowouts caused by excess pressure from your hose.

Heavy duty UV stabilized chemical-resistant plastic construction, the same stuff truck bedliners are made out of.
