EX1 is a dual cure emulsion recommended for plastisol and water based inks. EX1 has excellent water resistance. Diazo is added in the normal way by first adding room temperature water, agitating and then adding the solution to the emulsion. Allow the emulsion to stand for at least 30 minutes to ensure any air bubbles introduced during mixing are released. This emulsion washes out with ease. No more washing out the dot's. 	"I have been a customer for 5 years and I was excited to see your own brand of emulsion so I had to get it I had a customer ask me what I did to the art work because it looked different I told her I changed the emulsion I used The reason I gave it a 4 star is the time it takes to burn and I dont like mixing it I do need to get a new exposure system so I feel that is part of the problem Cant wait for EX2??
