The TRI LOC JR.
This is one of the best new ideas  to hit manual screen printing in quite some time! Based on the extremely successful Tri Loc for 23x31" frames from M&R, this unit fits all Hopkins and Riley Hopkins presses, as well as all inch and a half by two and a half print arm presses. The secret to winning races ...is getting in And out of the pits faster than anyone else! Pre-registering your screens with the exposure unit enables you to set up the job On-press very quickly. Typically, you can  Set up a 6 color job in under 5 minutes... And that's a conservative time!

If you think of the typical 30 minute plus doinking around registration time that is being used in the shop on all your 5-6 dozen  Garment jobs...you'll see that with the Tri Loc Jr. you can add at least ONE more job per day to your bottom line! This unit is for 20x24 frames, and comes with 100 carrier sheets to pre-register your screens. The unit slides on and off your press like a regular shirtboard. It  has a "stop" on the print station, to locate The Tri Loc Jr. in the right print position. Adjust your screens to lay flat with the  unit, tighten the screen in the screen clamp of your press, and pull the screen over to the three screen stops, and  lock the Reggie knobs down to locate the screen properly. That's it!   Riley Hopkins designed this unit for M&R, to fit manual presses. After all, why should The automatic guys have all the fun!
